Hot-dipped galvanized welded wire mesh is made of high-quality low-carbon steel wire through precise welding and then high-temperature hot-dip galvanizing. It features a flat mesh surface and firm welding points. The product undergoes zinc liquid immersion plating process, which forms a metallurgical bond between the zinc layer and the steel wire. The coating is uniform and dense, and its anti-corrosion performance is significantly better than that of cold-galvanized products. Step1: Confirm customer needs
Confirm customer needs. Collect customer usage, usage environment and certification requirements, confirm product details (material, wire diameter, mesh, surface treatment, packaging requirements), and send similar samples to customers. (The customer bears the shipping fee)
Step 2: Schematic design and quotation
Determine the customized plan through the drawings and make a quotation according to the product requirements.
Step 3: Contract signing and production
Production starts after the contract is signed and the customer pays a partial deposit. Photos/videos of key production nodes are synchronized to customers.
Step 4: Quality inspection
Carry out full inspection and sampling inspection of products according to requirements, and support video inspection or third-party inspection. (The cost of third-party inspection shall be borne by the customer)
Step 5: Logistics and after-sales support
Deliver goods according to the agreed construction period, and provide 24-hour after-sales service to solve customer technical and quality problems.
