Electro-galvanized welded wire mesh is produced by electroplating, where cleaned panels are immersed as cathodes in a zinc electrolyte. Under electric current, zinc ions form a thin coating (5-30μm). While offering shorter corrosion resistance, it features a smooth, bright surface with enhanced aesthetics, ideal for indoor/short-term outdoor applications.

Step1: Confirm customer needs
Confirm customer needs. Collect customer usage, usage environment and certification requirements, confirm product details (material, wire diameter, mesh, surface treatment, packaging requirements), and send similar samples to customers. (The customer bears the shipping fee)
Step 2: Schematic design and quotation
Determine the customized plan through the drawings and make a quotation according to the product requirements.
Step 3: Contract signing and production
Production starts after the contract is signed and the customer pays a partial deposit. Photos/videos of key production nodes are synchronized to customers.
Step 4: Quality inspection
Carry out full inspection and sampling inspection of products according to requirements, and support video inspection or third-party inspection. (The cost of third-party inspection shall be borne by the customer)
Step 5: Logistics and after-sales support
Deliver goods according to the agreed construction period, and provide 24-hour after-sales service to solve customer technical and quality problems.
