Crimped wire mesh

Crimped wire mesh is a mesh product made by interweaving metal wires in warp and weft directions. It gets its name from the "crimped" texture formed by the mutual extrusion and interlocking of metal wires during weaving. It adopts the process of crimping first then weaving or weaving first then crimping, featuring a stable structure that is not easy to loosen or deform. Made of materials such as low-carbon steel wire, high-carbon steel wire and stainless steel wire, it has a wire diameter ranging from 0.3mm to 6mm and a mesh size from 1mm to 100mm, which can be customized according to needs. The product is wear-resistant, durable, has good tensile strength and air permeability, and is widely used in industrial filtration, agricultural protection, architectural decoration and other fields, serving as a common mesh material with both functionality and practicality.

Customization Process

Step1: Confirm customer needs

Confirm customer needs. Collect customer usage, usage environment and certification requirements, confirm product details (material, wire diameter, mesh, surface treatment, packaging requirements), and send similar samples to customers. (The customer bears the shipping fee)

Step 2: Schematic design and quotation

Determine the customized plan through the drawings and make a quotation according to the product requirements.

Step 3: Contract signing and production

Production starts after the contract is signed and the customer pays a partial deposit. Photos/videos of key production nodes are synchronized to customers.

Step 4: Quality inspection

Carry out full inspection and sampling inspection of products according to requirements, and support video inspection or third-party inspection. (The cost of third-party inspection shall be borne by the customer)

Step 5: Logistics and after-sales support

Deliver goods according to the agreed construction period, and provide 24-hour after-sales service to solve customer technical and quality problems.
